Yoga unicorn

Before and after yoga unicorn; What’s your opinion of when you think about a unicorn? I consider unicorns mystical, strange animals that skip among the blossoms in a glade. They’re delicate just as keen and solid. The unicorns I envision are thoughtful to their forest companions.

Rest your arms down close by your body, with your palms level on the ground. Fold your jaw into your chest and keep your spine straight. On a breathe in, lift your rear end to make a rainbow.
